Samir El-Alami

Founder and CEO, Doctorly

Samir was born & raised in London. He’s an Archaeology graduate. After-which he spent a year teaching English in Hong Kong. And the past 16 years working with high-growth startups.

He’s held multiple marketing leadership roles at various prominent startups, across differing industries including dating, gaming, fin-tech, insur-tech and health-tech. 

Most recently, Samir was the Founder, CEO of health-tech startup doctorly, the first cloud based, regulated practice management software in German history. 8 years from founding, doctorly was acquired by Frey ADV in June 2025.

Spare-time: martial arts, drawing, painting, making music, writing, traveling, and cooking.
