Srđan Kovačević

Srđan is co-founder and CEO of Orqa Global, a leading aerial robotics technology company. As CEO, he leads Orqa's strategic direction, international partnerships, and product roadmap, driving the company's rapid global expansion while shaping the development of its next-generation defence and
enterprise technologies. Since founding Orqa he has consistently led the team to achieve exponential year-on-year growth. He is responsible for defining Orqa's long-term vision and has successfully positioned the company as a leader in sovereign aerial robotics and defence transformation.

Before founding Orqa, Srđan spent ten years as a senior finance professional specialising in asset management holding senior leadership roles as Chairman of Croatia's €150m sovereign equity fund, Head of Risk Management and Compliance at the country's largest asset management company, and advisor to the Ministry of Regional Development. An expert in ESIF financial instruments, he holds degrees from the University of Oxford (MSc in Mathematical Finance) and the University of Zagreb (Mechanical Engineering).
