Tatiana Jama is the Founder and Managing Partner of SISTAFUND, a €70 million pan-European venture capital fund investing in female founders and gender-balanced teams across four sectors: sustainability, frontier technologies (AI and deep tech), healthtech, and inclusive fintech/insurtech. She is also the co-founder of SISTA, a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a new generation of diverse leaders and closing the gender funding gap in tech.
With a dual background in business and law, Tatiana spent 14 years building technology companies, co-founding ventures in image recognition, conversational AI, and e-commerce, including a web-to-store platform acquired by Amazon. She also serves on France's National Digital Council (CNNum) and the Prime Minister's Strategic Investment Council (SGPI). Tatiana is the author of Entrepreneurship, a New Feminism, published by Éditions de l'Observatoire.
