Uljan Sharka is the founder and CEO of Domyn, a sovereign AI company enabling regulated industries to own, govern and trust the intelligence they rely on. A former Apple technologist, he has spent more than a decade advancing responsible AI and was named to the 2026 TIME100 AI list of the world’s most influential people in artificial intelligence. Uljan is also a World Economic Forum Global Innovator and serves on the Advisory Board of the AI Hub for Sustainable Development, an initiative co-led by the G7 Presidency and the United Nations.
