Rippling has raised $1.8B and has been named to the CNBC Disruptor 50, Forbes Cloud 100 and Fortune Future 50 lists. Wendy started her 25-year career at Goldman Sachs, where she spent over a decade as a trader in London and Chicago. She ran European sales for Dropbox, where the business crossed $100 million in revenue, and as SVP of Sales at CarGurus she scaled revenues to $30 million across Europe. Wendy was then hired as the first employee in Europe at Gong, the AI platform for revenue teams, where she grew the European team to over 80 employees and $25 million in revenues. In 2025 the National Sales Conference awarded her Top Female Sales Influencer and Top Software Voice in the UK & Ireland.
