Sifted’s official contractors provide a diverse range of on-site services for our exhibitors, including AV, graphics, electricity, catering, etc. This section lists all the services and supplier contacts. 

Audio visual

Our official exhibition stand supplier, Symbiosis Exhibition Ltd, can provide audio and visual services for your stand. If you would like to hire audio and visual equipment for your stand, please visit the portal in “MY EXHIBITION” section. Catering

External food and beverages are not allowed at the event. Our official catering supplier is offering the following options to enhance your exhibition experience:

The final order deadline is September 18, 2024, and the final price confirmation is at the discretion of the service provider.

Cleaning and waste management

All areas will be cleaned before the exhibition opens each day by the appointed cleaning contractor. Exhibitors are responsible for seeing that their stands are kept tidy and presentable.

Kindly be informed that exhibitors are responsible for clearing any remaining items at their stand after the exhibition. Sifted will not be held responsible for any items left behind.

Electrical services

All the pre-build stands are provided with 500W electricity (with a power output of 500 Watts, this can operate various household appliances such as lamps, computers, chargers, and other small electronic devices).

Exhibitors who require additional electrical fittings must order the appropriate mains supply and fittings from the official stand contractor, Symbiosis Exhibition Ltd. Please contact Jason@symbiosis.co.uk to confirm the final electrical fitting cost before you place the order in the portal in “MY EXHIBITION” section.

Freight services: lifting, forwarding and storage

DSV is the official and sole supplier of freight services (including freight forwarding, lifting and storage) at Sifted Summit. They are the only companies permitted to operate forklifts and other lifting machinery within the halls, and can assist you with:

• Customs clearance

• Transportation of goods from within the UK and from overseas

• Forklift, trolley, and pallet truck hire services

• Handling of goods on site

• Empties storage

The shipping order form can be downloaded here. Please note, all the exhibitor items can only be delivered to your stand between 14:00 and 18:00 on October 1.  We do not have any storage available on the premises. Therefore, all items must be stored at your designated stand.

The UK has left the EU Customs Union and Single Market, so goods transport will follow the same procedures as for EU and global goods. DSV can help with door-to-door movement. Please click here for detailed guidance. 

EORI number (Import and export of goods)

An EORI number is required for all imports, and any subsequent re-exports, for Sifted Summit 2024. Exhibitors can apply for an EORI number directly here.

Internet / Wi-fi

Standard wifi is provided onsite. Due to the scale of the event, we are not able to guarantee fast speed wi-fi. If you need dedicated hardwired connections/wifi for your stand, please contact the official venue internet supplier Noba:

Merchandise

Sifted Summit is committed to sustainability. We would like to encourage you to avoid any unnecessary merchandise or flyers to give away at the show. If you need an eco-friendly merchandise supplier, we recommend Merchery. 

Please note that for sustainability reasons, single-use plastic products are prohibited at the event. 

Signage: design and production

Full Vision is the recommended signage supplier at Sifted Summit. 

If you need any additional signage please use this order form, alternatively, you can also contact exhibitor@fullvision.co.uk or 0203 866 4444. The final deadline for ordering additional signage for your stand is September 2. 

*Please note that pull-up banners are not allowed at the event.

Stand graphic upgrade

Your stand package included standard graphic prints. If you would like to upgrade your stand graphics to seamless graphics, please purchase at portal in “MY EXHIBITION” section. 

To avoid a 20% surcharge for last minute orders, please place your order for the item before September 1. The final deadline for upgrading the stand graphics is September 18.

Stand package accessories

To purchase stand package accessories, such as wall-mounted shelves, coffee machines, etc., please visit the portal in “MY EXHIBITION” section. 

Please be aware that certain items have ordering deadlines, which will be indicated in the product description. We strongly suggest that you place your order before the deadlines to avoid any additional charges.
